All information about shipping including delivery times and shipping costs can be found before you place your order.
Certain products are covered by the terms and conditions of our warranty witch excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse. Warranty period for each product can be seen in the individual product page. If there is no warranty period avalable in the product page, the product is not covered by our warranty.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full refund less money transfer expense and delivery charge. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a saleable condition in their original box and packaging. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be return to you at your cost. Prior to returning any products, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Excemption to returned goods policy are the products that are not freely distributed in the on-line market and through which order we reveal our source to the customers. Such products currently on our website are following:

General Terms and Conditions are compiled in accordance with consumer protection regulations, based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codes for online and electronic business. The online store SPYSHOP.si (hereinafter referred to as "online store") is managed by PRIVATE D.O.O., an electronic business operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Trader").
By registering in an online store, the visitor obtains a user name that is identical to the email address of the user and a user-defined password set by the user himself. The user name and password of the user unambiguously determine and connect to the entered data. A visitor confirms and certifies that he is a full-time, full-time business person with registration. By registration, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. By purchasing a product, the user becomes a buyer.
These General Terms and Conditions define the functioning of the online store, the rights and duties of the visitor, the user and the buyer, and the business relationship between the Trader and the user as a buyer of products from the online store offering.

3. Offer products, delivery times and takeovers

The delivery time for products in stock is 2 business days for delivery addresses in Slovenia, unless the delivery service of GLS delivers it at a later delivery address (see point 10). 4. Methods of payment

The online price applies to all registered traders in the online store. The mark-up is possible on the online price depending on the payment method you choose (see point 4).

confirmation and award of the contract, and thus the conclusion of the purchase (see also points 6.3 and 6.4).
6.2. Technological means that enable the identification and correction of errors prior to the award of the contract
Prior to the award of the order, the user (customer) is enabled through the graphical user interface with immediate effect, easily and easily:

sees and reviews the price of each product and the total price of the entire selected quantity of each product;
changes the selected quantity of each product and calculates the new price of the quantity so changed;

6.3. Order accepted
Upon the award of the order, the user (buyer) receives from the Merchant by e-mail a notice that the order has been accepted. Within 1 hour of receipt of this notice, the user (buyer) has the option of canceling the order without any consequences. Apart from the cancellation option, the user (buyer) can not change the content of the order after the award of the contract. The user (buyer) always has comprehensive information on the status and content of each order on his website at the Merchant's website.
6.4. Order confirmed
If the customer (buyer) does not cancel the order, the order will be processed further. Upon receipt of the order, the trader checks, checks the availability of the ordered products and confirms the order or rejects it for a reason. The merchant can also contact the customer (customer) on a contact telephone number to check the data or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. Upon confirmation of the order, the Trader of the user (buyer) informs the e-mail of the planned delivery date. The purchase contract for the purchase of ordered products between the user (buyer) and the Trader is irrevocably concluded at this stage (see point 7).
6.5. Goods shipped
The merchant prepares, dispatches ordered products within the agreed deadline and informs the customer (buyer) via e-mail. In the electronic message referred to in the previous sentence, the Trader instructs the customer (buyer) also about the product return policy and informs it to contact persons for a complaint or a delay in delivery.
7. Purchase contract
The merchant will issue an invoice to the user who purchases the product from the online store with a breakdown of costs and an explanation of the right to withdraw from the purchase by returning the purchased product, if necessary and possible. The purchase contract in the form of a purchase order is stored electronically on the Merchant's server and is accessible to the user (buyer) at any time in his user profile. The purchase contract is concluded in the Slovene language.
The sales contract between the Merchant and the customer (buyer) is concluded at the moment the Merchant confirms the order (see point 6.2). From this moment on, all prices and other terms of purchase are fixed and apply both to the Merchant and to the customer (buyer).
8. The right to withdraw from the purchase, the return of products
If the goods do not have the qualities explicitly promised by the seller or otherwise differ from your requirements, you may request replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price. We are obliged to provide you with an impeccable operation of the purchased item in a sporty manner, request repair or replacement with another, equivalent and seamless article. You can claim a refund within 14 days of the purchase.
The cost of returning the goods (postal or transport costs) is paid by the buyer. The company does not accept any ransom packages or shipments, unless otherwise agreed.
The user (buyer) has the right to notify the Seller, at the contact email address info spyshop.si, at the latest within 14 days from the date of the subscription of the ordered products, that he resigns from the sales contract, without needing to state the reason for such a decision. The return of purchased products to the Seller shall be deemed to be a withdrawal notice within the time limit for withdrawal from the sales contract. The only cost that, due to the withdrawal from the sales contract, is borne by the customer (buyer), is the cost of returning products to the Trader.
Purchased products must be returned to the Trader no later than 14 days after the date of the delivery of the notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract. Purchased products must be returned to the Trader undamaged, in their original packaging and in unchanged quantity, unless the products have been destroyed, defected, lost or their quantity decreased, without the user being the customer (buyer). If the postal package with which the user (the buyer) received the ordered products is physically damaged, if there is a lack of content or shows signs of opening, the user (buyer) must initiate the complaint procedure with GLS Slovenia (see point 15). The refund option does not apply to software, audio and video media, or if the user (customer) has opened a security seal.
For returned products, the Trader returns the paid amount or the used gift voucher immediately, or at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation message, the trader will not return the user (buyer) to any promotional codes used and other discounts. The repayment of the paid amount is made by the Trader on a personal or user account (customer) transaction account. The returned gift voucher is returned in the form of a credit note.
Products have a warranty, if so stated on the invoice or on the warranty card. The warranty is valid taking into account the instructions and conditions stated on the warranty card and when submitting an invoice. The warranty period is indicated on the warranty card or in the invoice. The warranty information is also indicated when the product is presented in the online store. If there is no warranty information in the online store, then the product does not have a warranty.
The customer (buyer) can claim the guarantee at the Merchant or directly from the manufacturer of the product or its authorized service. The warranty can be claimed by the buyer with a warranty certificate and an invoice. Manufacturer or his authorized service is obliged to perform the warranty repair within 45 days from the date of receipt of the product for repair, otherwise the product is replaced with another equivalent product in an impeccable condition.
10. Real errors
The actual error means that the product does not already have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or in other cases, which are determined by the Consumer Protection Act as a matter of factual errors, and we are correct about this, and no later than two months after the error has been detected you can request that we remedy a material error free of charge, or return a part of the payment for the product in proportion to a material error, replace the product with a material error with a new flawless product or return the entire payment. The trader uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. For this purpose, the merchant uses a 128-bit SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization.
PayPal is responsible for secure credentials and credit card transactions. Credit card authorizations are executed in real time with immediate checking of data at banks. Card information is not stored on the Merchant's server.
For security, the user is also responsible for ensuring the security of his user name and password and for the appropriate software and antivirus protection of his computer.
A merchant in an online store does not accept orders from someone who knows or suspectes that he is a child, without having the express permission of his parents or guardians. A trader in an online store does not offer free access to products or services that are harmful to children.
Without the explicit permission of the parent or guardian, the trader will not accept any personal data concerning children, nor will he issue information received from children to third parties other than parents or guardians.
Any communication intended for children will be appropriate to their age and will not take advantage of children's trust, lack of experience or sense of loyalty.

In these cases, the user (buyer) must initiate the complaint procedure at the Post Office of Slovenia. In the event of damage to the consignment, it shall do so by delivering the shipment to the nearest post in the same condition as it was received without adding or removing the item, and completing the complaint record. The dealer will, together with GLS Slovenia, ensure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.
17. Complaints, disputes and the application of law
Trgovec spoštuje veljavne predpise s področja varstva potrošnikov. Trgovec ima vzpostavljen učinkovit sistem obravnavanja pritožb in ima določeno osebo, s katero se v primeru težav uporabnik (kupec) lahko poveže telefonsko ali po elektronski pošti. Postopek obravnave pritožbe je zaupen.
Trgovec bo v petih delovnih dneh potrdil, da je prejel pritožbo in sporočil uporabniku (kupcu), kako dolgo jo bo obravnaval ter ga vseskozi obveščal o poteku postopka. Trgovec si bo prizadeval po svojih najboljših močeh morebitne spore rešiti sporazumno. Če sporazumna rešitev spora ne bo dosežena, je za reševanje vseh sporov med Trgovcem in uporabnikom (kupcem) izključno krajevno pristojno stvarno pristojno sodišče v Ljubljani. Trgovec in uporabnik (kupec) kot udeleženca v elektronskem poslovanju medsebojno priznavata veljavnost elektronskih sporočil na sodišču.
