SNG 2.0 HIGHPOWER NOISE GENERATOR

The SNG 2.0 HigPower noise generator  is an effective tool to prevent room eavesdropping from the outside. SNG 2.0 HighPower ensures privacy in your actions and prevents basically all external attacks.

Compared to the classic version of SNG 2.0, the HighPower version is approximately 10 times more powerful.

WHAT SNG 2.0 WILL PROTECT AGAINST:

  • against eavesdropping through the wall or contact microphones
  • before sophisticated laser intercepts

THE POSSIBILITY OF CONNECTING PIEZO TRANSDUCERS AND SPEAKERS:

  • up to 1,000 piezo transducers
  • or up to 12 speakers
  • or 500 piezo transducers + 6 speakers

Laser eavesdropping is currently the biggest threat to your privacy. The latest models are capable of eavesdropping on entire houses, at a very long distance, and they don't even require aiming perpendicularly at windows or walls.

Secutron SNG 2.0 HighPower allows, in addition to piezo transducers for protection from the outside (against stethoscopes and laser eavesdropping), to connect speakers producing white noise for protection inside the room, which protects against recording on a dictaphone, mobile phone, etc.

THE PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION OF LASER INTERCEPTION

Any sound, including the human voice, causes vibrations, and these vibrations are transmitted to walls, windows or furniture in the surroundings. Laser tapping detects micro-vibrations from a given surface and converts them back into voice. (Read our detailed  article on how laser eavesdropping works and how to defend against it).

The only reliable protection is the use of a noise generator with attachable piezo transducers that vibrate the walls, windows, ceilings, floors or furniture in the room.

SNG 2.0 is equipped with 2 separate outputs, for which it is possible to individually control the intensity. As a rule, for piezo transducers installed on windows, it is enough to use a lower power, and on the contrary, for those installed on the walls, use a higher power.

If you are interested, we will provide a demonstration in our office, as well as professional installation in the space you specify.

PACKAGE CONTENTS:

  • noise generator SNG 2.0 HighPower
  • 24V power adapter

RECOMMENDED NUMBER OF PIEZO TRANSDUCERS

On a surface that conducts vibrations well (e.g. plasterboard), when set to maximum power, it achieves effective interference up to a distance of approximately 2.5 meters from the piezo transducer. On a concrete wall, the maximum interference range is 0.5 - 1 m.

INSTALLATION OF PIEZO TRANSDUCERS ON INDIVIDUAL PARTS OF THE ROOM:

  • In general, we recommend installing piezo transducers at a distance of 1m from each other to secure walls , floors and ceilings .
  • To secure windows and other glass surfaces, we recommend installing one piezo transducer in the corner of each window pane .
  • A single piezo transducer installed in a corner is usually enough to secure the door . However, this does not apply to padded doors, which greatly absorb vibrations.

It is true that the more densely you install the piezo transducers, the less power you need to put into them, and the less disturbing sound will enter the room. On the contrary, if you use few piezo transducers (e.g. at a distance of 2.5 m), it will be necessary to put more power into them, and the interference will be audible not only in the walls but also in the room.

Since the range of interference is different for each material, and the optimal performance setting is very subjective, we recommend that you purchase any  wiretap through the wall together with the noise generator , with which you can easily verify the functionality in your conditions, and adapt the installation accordingly.

HOW TO ATTACH PIEZO TRANSDUCERS

In order not to dampen the efficiency of the converters, we recommend using hard adhesives for their installation .
